The front office administrator will be responsible for greeting guests, making appointments, developing schedules, answering to customer inquiries, handling correspondence, doing paperwork, and maintaining a professional image. Other duties may be required.
Great communication, customer relation, and computer skills are required.
Experience:
Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
