Modern Windows Manufacturer's Warranty
Is a lifetime warranty really a lifetime warranty? Always check the fine print. In reality, many are actually limited or extended warranties, which can leave the customer paying for service fees. That’s only if they can track down the manufacturer. A lot of window retailers frequently switch suppliers, making it nearly impossible for a customer to submit a warranty claim.
At Modern, we stand by the quality of our windows. So if there’s a problem with one of our products, we’ll fix it. It’s as simple as that.
Since 2002, Modern has offered a 10 year warranty on all sealed units and a 20 year warranty on all frames and 2 years on Labour. If you purchased a Modern product prior to January 1, 2002, it was backed with a 5 year warranty.
